General
These terms apply between you and Astrid & Bianca AB[559549-7354] (“Gasta Studio”, “we”, “us”). They govern your use of our website and all orders placed on www.gastastudio.se(“Website”).
By browsing or placing an order, you confirm that you’ve read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. Before accepting, please also review our policies. We may update these Terms at any time. The version that applies to your order is the one available when you completed your purchase, not any newer version. We recommend saving a copy for your records.
Please note: not all products shown on the Website are guaranteed to be in stock or available at the time of order. We reserve the right to remove or stop selling any item at any time.
These Terms are presented in English.
Placing your order
Before placing an order with GASTA Studio, please ensure you’ve read and understood these Terms.
At checkout, you’ll have the chance to review your items, personal details, and total cost, and make any changes before proceeding to payment. Please note that items in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by others until your order is confirmed. If your session times out due to inactivity, your cart may reset. You’ll need to re-select your items in that case.

What happens after your order
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email from Gasta Studio confirming that we’ve received it, and that your order has been accepted. Save this confirmation in case you need to reach out to us later.
We may decline an order in certain cases, such as incorrect details or failed payment history. If an item is out of stock, we’ll let you know and issue a full refund. Your items remain the property of Gasta Studio until full payment has been received.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance by Gasta Studio. We may decline an order at our discretion, for example, if the item is out of stock, there’s a payment issue, or if any unusual activity is flagged.
When your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email. That confirmation marks the official acceptance of your order.
If any item is out of stock after your order is placed, we’ll notify you via email and issue a full refund. Depending on your chosen shipping method, you may need to collect your order from a designated pickup point. If it’s not collected in time, you may be charged for return shipping or the order may be canceled.
Pricing, Payments & Delivery
All prices include VAT where applicable. Prices and shipping fees may change, and a product's price is only confirmed once we’ve accepted your order and sent your shipping confirmation. If a price changes before your order is accepted, we’ll contact you so you can choose to proceed or cancel. If we can't reach you, the order will be canceled and refunded.
If a price is clearly incorrect, and you reasonably should have noticed, we may still cancel the order even after confirmation. Delivery costs are calculated and shown during checkout before you finalize your purchase.
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Discover, Diners Club, Klarna, Shop Pay, Google Pay.
All orders ship from Stockholm, Sweden. We offer several shipping options so you can choose what suits you best. Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are shown at checkout. For full details, head to our shipping page.
Returns & Right of Withdrawal
At Gasta Studio, you have the right to withdraw your purchase within 14 days from the date you received your order. You can notify us by email at info@gastastudio.se.
Once we have received your returned item and accepted it, we will issue a refund within 14 days. The refund will be made using the same payment method used at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed. Please note that full refunds are only issued if the item is returned in its original condition with tags and seals intact. If the product has been handled beyond what is necessary to determine its characteristics or functionality, we reserve the right to make a deduction for depreciation.
You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs when exercising your right of withdrawal. If you wish to make an exchange, Gasta Studio will cover the shipping of the replacement item. If you use our prepaid return service, the cost will be deducted from your refund.
Something Wrong With Your Item?
If you receive a defective or faulty item from Gasta Studio, please contact us as soon as possible. Under the Swedish Consumer Act (1990:932), you are entitled to file a complaint about defective goods within three years of receiving the product. However, you must notify us within a reasonable time after discovering the defect.
If we determine that the item is indeed defective, you may be entitled to one of the following: a full refund, including original shipping costs, a repair of the defective item or a replacement with a new, identical product.

Respecting Our Work
All content on this website, including but not limited to graphics, text, photographs, logos, designs, icons, images, data, and software, is the property of Gasta Studio.
You are permitted to view, download, and print content from this site for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not modify, copy, publish, distribute, or otherwise use any material for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Gasta Studio.

While we do our best to ensure that all content on the Gasta Studio website is accurate and up to date, occasional errors such as typos, outdated information, or incorrect pricing may occur. We reserve the right to update or modify content at any time without prior notice.
We cannot guarantee that the website will always function flawlessly, without interruptions or security issues. Gasta Studio is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, our website.
When Terms Are Broken
Gasta Studio reserves the right to take all appropriate legal actions in response to violations of these Terms and Conditions. This includes, but is not limited to, restricting or blocking access to our website.
Unauthorized access to password-protected areas of the site may result in legal prosecution and further action as permitted by law.
Gasta Studio's Responsibility
Gasta Studio’s responsibility to you is limited to what is outlined in these Terms and Conditions, unless otherwise required by law. We are not liable for indirect damages such as loss of profit, nor for events beyond our control (force majeure), including but not limited to war, civil unrest, government actions, strikes, internet outages, or natural disasters.
In any event, our liability will never exceed the total amount you paid for the specific order in question, unless otherwise required by law.
In the case of a force majeure event, our obligations may be suspended. Either you or Gasta Studio may choose to partially or fully terminate the agreement if such a situation arises.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swedish law. Unless otherwise stated by mandatory consumer protection regulations, any disputes arising from these Terms will be exclusively handled by the District Court of Stockholm as the first instance.
