Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every Gasta Studio item as much as we do. But if something isn’t quite right, we’ve made returns and exchanges as smooth as possible.

 

Returns

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Try items on with care. Some materials are delicate, and it’s your responsibility to return them in the same condition. To be eligible for return: items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, all original tags and packaging must be included, no stains, scents(perfume/smoke), or signs of wear may be present. Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused. Return costs are deducted from your refund(see fees below). 

Sweden: 99 SEK

Denmark: 110 DKK

Norway: 250 NOK

Rest of Europe: 20 EUR

How to make a return

  1. To request a return, please complete the form below.
  2. You'll receive confirmation and instructions by email. 

  3. Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. 

Processing time is up to 15 business days from when your return is received at our warehouse. Refunds usually appear in your account within 3-5 business days after that. Please note that Initial shipping and return fees are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges

Want a different size or color instead of a refund? Exchanges are always free, you won't be charged for shipping the item back to us or for sending out your replacement. If you change your mind and choose a return instead of an exchange, the standard return fee applies. You can exchange your order within 14 days of receiving it. Use the same return form below to request an exchange.

 

Claims 

If you received the wrong item or your product is damaged, contact us via email support@gastastudio.se within 14 days of delivery. We’ll guide you through the return and send a replacement at no cost.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. If you change your mind, simply use the form below to let us know.

Once we've received your withdrawal, you have 14 days to send the item back to us, unused and in its original condition, with tags attached. We'll then refund the full purchase price, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the item or proof that it's been shipped.
