Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason, from the day you place your order until 14 days after you have received it. To withdraw, simply let us know by using the form.

Once you have notified us, you have 14 days to send the item back to us. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item. If a parcel is declined or not collected, it is treated as a return, and the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

We will refund the full purchase price, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the item or proof that it has been sent back. Please handle the item with care. If it has been used beyond what is needed to try it on, we may deduct an amount for the reduced value.
